Chef Jake
Chef Jake is a co-owner and instructor at the Tri-Cities location. He is also the founder of Jake’s Ice Creams based in Atlanta, Georgia. Jake lives on a tiny working farm in College Park, Georgia where he grows figs, peaches, grapes, and herbs

Chef Rick
Rick has been cooking for most of his life, inspired by grandmas and great grandmothers from his childhood, and almost exclusively with a Southern influence. Not a stranger to late night deep dive on dishes that he is curious to master, Rick loves learning info on origins and history of dishes to pass along in class almost as much as he loves teaching.

A particularly special gift…Rick is great with our rising young chefs program and has become our go to instructor for our summer camps as well.

Chef Rochelle
Chef Rochelle was born and raised in Washington DC, and attended The Art Institute of America in Arlington where she obtained her degree in Culinary Arts. She has a love for healthy and sustainable culinary cuisine and has slowly transitioned from being a vegetarian to being a vegan. Her goal is to help others on the same journey, showing others what a plant-based lifestyle looks like.

Chef Cherelle hails from Indianapolis, Indiana, where her deep-rooted passion for teaching blossomed. Fueled by her love for cooking and baking, she enthusiastically merges her educational expertise with culinary artistry. Her specialized areas of mastery include pastry, baking, and the rich flavors of Southern cuisine.
