Chef Rick
Rick has been cooking for most of his life, inspired by grandmas and great grandmothers from his childhood, and almost exclusively with a Southern influence. Not a stranger to late night deep dive on dishes that he is curious to master, Rick loves learning info on origins and history of dishes to pass along in class almost as much as he loves teaching.
A particularly special gift…Rick is great with our rising young chefs program and has become our go to instructor for our summer camps as well.

Believe it or not it isn’t very fancy- it is Chili. There are so many ways you can cook up Chili, plus being a mother of 7, I can make it stretch.. I love to cook and love to have a good time while doing it.”
